Makes two loaves
500 g Glutano High-Fibre Bread Mix
1 Sachet Fast Action Yeast
1 Eggs (optional)
2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
350 ml Warm Water
1 Teaspoon Salt (optional)

1.0 Weigh out 500 g Glutano High-Fibre Bread Mix into a bowl.
2.0 Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
3.0 Add salt, oil, egg and yeast to the Glutano High-Fibre Bread Mix.
4.0 Mix on speed one of mixer for 2 mins. (If mixed by hand mix until a smooth batter is achieved).
5.0 Divide mixture between two greased 450 g loaf tins (15cm x 25cm x 7,5 cm).
6.0 Cover with oiled cling film and leave to rise (about 30-40 mins).
7.0 Bake at 200 C/400 F (gas mark 7) for about 30 minutes.
8.0 Your loaf should be well risen and firm to the touch.
9.0 Allow to cool slightly. Turn out onto a cooling tray.
