SODA BREAD
INGREDIENTS METHOD
Makes one large loaf.
450 g Glutano High-Fibre Bread Mix
360 ml Milk (soya, goats or cows)
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt (optional)
1. Weigh out the Glutano High-Fibre Bread Mix into a
    bowl.
2. Add all the dry ingredients.
3. Then add the wet ingredients stirring all
    the time until the dough begins to thicken.
4. Pour into a greased 1kg loaf tin (18cm x 20cm).
5. Bake at 180 C/360 F (gas mark 4) for about 40-50
    minutes or until well risen and firm to the touch.v
6. Allow to cool slightly before turning out onto a cooling
    tray.
